PROGRAM DETAILS
Free Car Wash*
All individuals with an active Sukoon Takaful PJSC ("Sukoon Takaful") motor policy - Comprehensive or Third-Party Liability - are eligible for 12 free car washes in a year worth AED 360.
This benefit is only available at AG Cars centres.
Car wash benefit is only available once per month, subject to prior appointment.
Car wash appointments are provided only between Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, based on availability.
Free car wash benefit provides a basic car body wash, interior cleaning & vacuuming.
This benefit can be availed of at any of the AG Cars branches by presenting a copy of a valid vehicle registration card with the Sukoon Takaful policy number on it.
Exclusive Discounts
All individuals with an active Sukoon Takaful motor policy (Comprehensive or Third-Party Liability) are eligible for exclusive discounts as per below table.
This benefit can be availed of at any of the AG Cars branches by presenting a copy of a valid vehicle registration card with the Sukoon Takaful policy number on it.

Benefits Overview
¹Headlight Restoration service removes the outer layer of oxidation and grimes built on the lenses of the headlamp overtime. Extensive cleaning and polishing will be done to restore the brightness and a heat seal will be applied which will prevent fast grime and oxidation build up.
²Window Tinting charges will not change based on vehicle size or % of the shade. The standard rate for 2 categories of tinting is AED 520 for Promo and AED 950 for Signature.
³Annual Maintenance service contracts are provided for all makes and models of vehicles.
Vehicle Testing Centre VIP Service
All individuals with an active Sukoon Takaful motor policy (Comprehensive or Third-Party Liability) are entitled to a complimentary VIP Service at AG Cars Testing Centers in Mamzar and Deira areas for both RTA vehicle testing and renewal.
VIP Service at the Vehicle Testing Centre, which usually costs AED 150, will be offered on a complimentary basis.
While in the VIP lane, a Pre-RTA inspection worth AED 150 will be carried out by AG Cars to avoid any chances of retesting, thereby saving you time and any additional cost due to retest.
RTA testing charges are not included in this service.
Below are the Vehicle Testing Centre timings at Mamzar and Deira locations:
- Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 07:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Friday: 07:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Customers must call AG Car’s Call Center (600 540045) at least 24 hours prior to the visit to book an appointment. Priority will be given to customers with appointments.
AG Car’s Call Centre will obtain the following information from the customers:
- Customer Name
- Mobile Number
- Copy of Registration Card via WhatsApp (to validate the policy)
- Target Date of Visit
- At the time of visit, the token issuer will guide the customer to a dedicated lane.
- After dropping the vehicle at the lane, the customer will be guided to the VIP lounge.
- The dedicated VTC team will pre-inspect the vehicle prior to assigning it for passing.
- If the vehicle is fit for passing, it will be moved to the RTA inspection.
- If not, it will be referred to the Express Service Division to perform repairs required for passing (subject to customer approval).
- After completion of passing, the VIP service team will release the digital passing certificate and vehicle to the customer.
