As of 2023, Sukoon Insurance PJSC ("Sukoon") acquired 94.6% of the company's shares. Following the acquisition, we are now Sukoon's subsidiary.
No, there won't be any change to banking information including, but not limited to, IBAN, bank account numbers, online payment methods, and any current agreements in place to that effect (except the beneficiary/ies name).
Nevertheless, if you wish to seek more infromation regarding this aspect or update payment correspondences with the new legal name, please reach out to your Relationship Manager at Sukoon Takaful.
All our existing contracts, service level agreements, and committed turnaround time remain unchanged until either their expiration or termination (in accordance with standard policy terms and conditions).
Nevertheless, should you have questions related to your contract(s) or wish to have your contract(s) updated with the new legal name, please reach out to your Relationship Manager at Sukoon Takaful.
